Lumio (the "Controller") is the controller of the personal data described in this policy.

When you join the waitlist, we collect:
- Email address — required
- Name — optional, if you choose to provide it
We don't request any other personal data.
3. How we use your data
We use your data solely to:
- notify you when the service launches and give you access to the assessment
- respond to your questions and requests
4. Legal basis
We process your data on the basis of the consent you give when you submit the form (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, where applicable). You can withdraw your consent at any time.
5. How long we keep it
We keep your data until you withdraw your consent or ask us to delete it. Once deleted, it cannot be recovered.
6. Sharing with third parties
We don't sell your data, and we don't share it for advertising or marketing.
We use the Telegram Bot API to receive internal notifications when a form is submitted — your details (email, and name if provided) are sent only to us and are never made public.
7. Cookies and analytics
This site uses:
- Essential cookies — required for the site to work properly
- Analytics — privacy-friendly traffic analytics that collect anonymized data about how the site is used
You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the site may not work as expected.
