These terms govern your use of the Lumio website and service (the "Service").

By using the Service, you accept these terms.

2. About the service

Lumio is a career-clarity service for adults. It helps you find your direction using proven frameworks (RIASEC, Big Five, Schein's Career Anchors) and AI analysis.

The Service is currently in early access (MVP) and is provided "as is".

3. Personal data

By submitting the form, you agree to Lumio's Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data for the purposes described there.

4. Limitation of liability

The Service is under active development. The Controller isn't liable for occasional downtime during the MVP stage.

Assessment results are advisory only and don't constitute medical, psychological, or legal advice.

5. Intellectual property

All site materials (text, methodology, design) belong to the Controller. Using them without permission isn't allowed.
